Our long-term vision is to build a nationally recognized UAS provider firm that not only support critical government missions, but also develops a highly skilled workforce capable of sustaining those operations at scale. 

Mission & Purpose

Our company exists to support government and industry partners through dependable UAS service while building a structured pipeline of trained, certified, and mission-ready drone pilots from the veteran community. 

Our mission is to deliver high quality aerial imaging, mapping, and inspection services that meet the operational demands of federal, state, and commercial clients. In addition, we also train, certify, and position veterans through the SkyHawk Veteran Pathway Program, an FAA compliant program that equips veterans with Part 107 certification and the skills necessary to transition into meaningful careers in the unmanned aircraft systems industry. 

By aligning operational execution with workforce development, SkyHawk provides both immediate mission support and long-term capability to the partners we serve.

Michael Milioto

Founder & Owner | SkyHawk Survey Solutions
U.S. Army Veteran | Physical Security, Program Protection, and Risk Management Executive| FAA Part 107 Certified UAS Pilot

Michael Milioto is the visionary founder and driving force behind SkyHawk Survey Solutions.  SkyHawk was designed to merge drone technology with a powerful mission: to empower fellow veterans through training, employment, and purpose-driven innovation.

With over 20 years of professional experience in physical security, program protection, personnel security, and enterprise risk management, Michael has served in multiple roles across the federal government, military, and the Intelligence Community. His extensive background includes protection of mission critical assets, managing personnel security offices, overseeing industrial security programs, and leading teams responsible for safeguarding mission operations.

As a FAA Part 107 Certified Drone Pilot, Michael recognized the tremendous potential of unmanned aerial systems in transforming industries like infrastructure, construction, emergency response, and environmental monitoring. More importantly, he saw an opportunity to create a meaningful career path for veterans seeking to transition into a growing and high-demand field.

Through SkyHawk, Michael is committed to training and providing tools for certifying disabled veterans in drone operations, aerial imaging, and thermal inspection technology, while providing them with real-world skills and mission-critical opportunities to thrive in a career in the drone industry.

His leadership is grounded in discipline, honor, and purpose: values instilled in him during his service and carried forward into every flight, partnership, and project under the SkyHawk name.
